Wolf Creek LakeACTIVELast Update: 6/10/2010 3:40:08 PM Based on the need to dewater the unit for inspection, Duke Energy has partially opened a gate at Wolf Creek Dam to facilitate lowering the lake level and water movement through the East Fork of the Tuckasegee River. The gradual decline in the lake level will impact the boat ramp, so please use care when accessing the lake. Those living along lakes, streams and other low-lying and flood-prone areas need to pay special attention to changing weather conditions and take any necessary precautions.
